From one student of life to another, my passion is sharing my experience and knowledge about movement, health, and the wisdom of nutrition.
I have experienced disease, chronic fatigue and ill health. All have served me in my growth and fired my sincerity of understanding and healing.
First I delved into movement, specifically the core, through Pilates and discovered a world of movement that brought strength, stability and balance. With that spark also came my need to understand the benefits of the lymphatic system through rebounding and Kangoo jumps.
As my body changed and my strength and confidence emerged I paralleled my success with going to school for nutrition. Not the type of nutrition that comes from the food pyramid or looking at food journals (although this is important) but the type of nutrition that becomes truly individual, cleanses the body, heals the body and becomes a lifeline of refinement and enjoyment.
My attention even in a group setting is to instill
the best movement for each persons' body.
With an understanding and commitment to the benefits
of movement and how the body spirals and bends, you will feel leaner and toned
after just a few classes.
